Vitality Assesment

  • You will be weighed, and measured and your waist circumference will be taken.
  • A brief dietary history and medical history will be taken.
  • Basic healthy dietary guidelines will be discussed and emailed to you after the consultation.
  • No diet will be given only guidelines as this is an assessment only.

Couples’ Consultation

First Consultation

This 60-minute x2 consultation helps to build an effective roadmap to give you the right tools and guidance to help you reach your health goals as a couple. A roadmap that will take both parties into consideration when planning meals is of utmost importance.

I offer the following services.

  • One-on-one consultation that is only an assessment, and discussion of health issues and how the body works as well as Inner body scan and basic quantum scan. (The meal plan will be discussed at the second appointment.)
  • Inner body scan to get you stats about your muscle and fat mass, weight, BMI Visceral fat%, Physical rating, BMR, Metabolic age, and Total water percentage. (Not available for a virtual consultation)
  • For pregnant ladies I do not use either of the quantum scan.
  • Feedback on the inner scan. (Not for virtual consultation)
  • Quantum scan that includes feedback of 39 systems and 240 sub-systems (not available for a virtual consultation)
  • Discussion of the questionnaire that was completed before the consultation. (You get a link to a questionnaire that should be submitted 48 hours before the appointment.)
  • Health guidelines on basics that can be changed immediately.
  • We look at lifestyle changes to get your vitality back on track.
  • Goal setting.
  • An option to do a lifestyle genetic test if you want a complete turnaround strategy for health. (Optional extra)

I offer the following services.

  • Stool testing for gut sensitive problems. (you get the test tube and do this in the privacy of your home) (Optional extra)
  • Food Intolerance testing (Optional extra)
  • Hunter 3D Quantum virtual scan that scans the full body in 3D and gives suggestions of possible disease conditions. (Optional extra)
  • Detox your pantry.
  • Sensitive gut consultations and FODMAP guidelines as necessary.

  • Pre-natal consultation
  • General health consultations
  • Virtual consultation
  • All the tests except the quantum scans can be ordered if you do a virtual consultation.
More about your first consultation (60 minutes):
  • Anthropometric assessment (using Inner scan technology which provides a report on percentage body fat, skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass, muscle mass, water, bone mass, and visceral fat measurements) and metabolic age)
  • Quantum scan that scans 39 systems and 240 subsystems that give information about your general health. (Not available for a virtual scan)
  • Biochemical assessment (I am registered with Lancet and Ampath therefore if you do need blood tests (after we have done our assessment) then we are able to put this in place otherwise please send any lab tests which have been done in the previous 6 months to us (info@inanortje.co.za) 48 hours  BEFORE your appointment
  • You will receive a questionnaire when you book your appointment that needs to be completed and submitted by both partners no later than 48 hours before your appointment.
  • Clinical assessment (discussion regarding any symptoms you are experiencing) (Questionnaire.)
  • Dietary assessment (previous dietary intake is assessed, suggested changes and goals are formulated) (Questionnaire)
  • Medical questionnaire and medication used (Questionnaire)
  • The Questionnaire will be discussed during the first consultation.

Second Consultation

This is a 60-minute consultation where I will present you with your detailed and easy-to-follow wellness roadmap. This plan will contain important, achievable objectives – along with all the tools you will need to make your health goal a reality.

More about your second consultation (60 minutes):

  • Feedback on health principles.
  • Biochemical feedback: If you have had any blood tests done – a comprehensive discussion and explanation will be done during the consultation.
  • Discussion and confirmation of the eating plan and menu.
  • Suggestion of supplements to be taken.

Follow-up Consultations

This is a 30-minute check-in to measure your progress toward your health goal. These sessions assess your progress and refine your wellness roadmap. Regular check-ins keep you motivated and address any new challenges on your health journey.

More about follow-up consultations (30 minutes):

  • We revisit the questionnaire to find out about how and if your symptoms improved.
  • An inner scan and Quantum scan will be done and compared and discussed with the previous scans.
  • Relooking at your goals
  • Adjusting the meal plan if necessary.
  • Do follow up blood tests if necessary. Regular follow up tests need to be done to assess if goals are achieved.
  • Any of the tests explained in the first consultation can be done at a later stage if the need arises.

Couples Consultation Rates

Please be informed that couple’s sessions are exclusively available for individuals residing together in the same household.

  • 120-minute Assessments, In body scan, Quantum scan, discussion of questionnaire, and second appointment (Collections consultation) including personalized reports, diet prescriptions, meal plans, and exchange lists.
  • 60- minutes per person per appointment
  • Per appointment per person for 2x first appointment and 2x second appontment = R2190 (Save R700)
  • Total: = R 4380
  • Menu (optional extra) =R 250 per person
  • Total for all = R4880
  • If the couple decides to come separately for the second appointment, then the consultation fee is R1270 per person.

Existing clients - follow-up visits within 12 months of the first visit or if the follow-up visits are ongoing.

  • 30 minutes = R750 per session – Package rate is R 650 x3 = R1950

Discovery Nutritional Assessment

  • 30- minutes = R565 with (Inner body scan, with discussion and report with basic nutritional guidelines)

Body Composition Assessment - using an Inner body scan.

  • 30 minutes at R 450 = measurement, interpretation, and feedback using Inner Body scan

One-On-One Consultations

First Consultation

This 60-minute consultation will begin with detailed dietary, anthropometric, clinical, medical, and lifestyle assessments. This helps Ina build an effective roadmap to give you the right tools and guidance to help you reach your health goals.

I offer the following services.

  • One-on-one consultation that is only an assessment, and discussion of health issues and how the body works as well as an Inner body scan and basic quantum scan. The meal plan will be discussed at the second appointment.
  • For children I cannot use the basic quantum scan, (Quantum Resonance Magnetic Analyzer.) However, the virtual 3 D scan Hunter non-linear scan be used.
  • Inner body scan to get you stats about your muscle and fat mass, weight, BMI Visceral fat%, Physical rating, BMR, Metabolic age, and Total water percentage. (Not available for a virtual consultation) For kids under 15 years old, the inner scan and the Quantum Resonance Analyzer (QRMA) will only give some results.
  • For pregnant ladies I do not use either of the quantum scan.
